Our Marketing Team has been focused on making a real impact. They launched a project to improve our website, which led to a 146.8% increase in new web users and a 20% rise in visitor engagement.

They also boosted our online presence, growing our LinkedIn followers by 167% in six months and increasing post impressions by 30%. To support our clients, they introduced new tools like the Bill Check service, which saved one customer over £250,000.

Reseller Sales & Account Management Team of the Year

This award celebrates teams that have not only hit their targets but have also provided outstanding support and management to their clients. Our sales and account management team has done exactly that, delivering exceptional growth while keeping our customers at the heart of everything they do.

Our Sales and Account Management Team has delivered outstanding results by putting our clients first. Their hard work achieved an 81% client retention rate..

Their focused strategy also led to a 26.7% increase in total sales and a 24% rise in gross profit. They played a key role in reducing customer support response times from 1.5 hours to just 35 minutes and significantly boosted revenue by introducing valuable new services for clients.
